Product Refund and Exchange

Product Refund and exchange can be done only within 10 days after receiving products.
Refunded items sent back to Epic should be received within 20 days.
Products for refund and exchange are subject for inspection of trained engineers to identify cause.
To request refund and exchange please contact customer service for advise on matter immediately.
Upon acceptance of refund request, product price payment are refunded 100%, However consummated fees, such as, shipping, tax and other service charges are non-refundable.
